EST. 2021

In 2021, Braden and I officially launched Chenovations, not exactly sure where it would take us, but trusting God to show us the way!  Since then, life has had its twists and turns, but the calling to pursue His purpose has prevailed!

My love for design started at an early age watching my dad sketch plans on draft paper.  This recently came full circle when he told me "Kels, I never thought you'd be designing and building houses! I am living vicariously through you!"  As a mom to four amazing boys, this moment for me was so valuable - you never know what they are going to take from the things they watch you do!

I have been designing homes as my career since 2015 - when a builder took a chance on me and gave me an opportunity of a lifetime!  Since then, I have learned so much about the construction industry and the ins and outs of designing and building homes.  Braden is my biggest cheerleader and teammate and it is because of him and God that Chenovations exists. He took a chance on me in 2021 and filed our Chenovations, LLC - laying the groundwork for the future!

Our mission is to bring you LIVEABLE LUXURY - we achieve this by meeting each client where they are and help them design a home that fits their lifestyle & budget.  We want to create a space where you can create lasting memories with your family for years to come!
